FOG Plan Review And Evaluation
New or renovated kitchens pay a one time one hundred twenty five dollar evaluation fee. The county asks for seat count, hours of operation and mechanical drawings of your interceptor. We gather the data and handle the submission while you focus on service.
County Ordinance Section 25 265 10 FOG Wastewater Discharge Permit
Every food service establishment in DeKalb must hold a valid FOG discharge permit renewed each calendar year. We prepare, submit and track the renewal automatically.
State Rule 391 3 6 24 Transporter Registration
Transporters that haul FOG in Georgia must carry an active registration certificate and present annual vehicle inspection records. Our entire fleet is tagged and logged with the Environmental Protection Division, and drivers complete refresher training every spring.
Six Containers, Zero Excuses
Pick the footprint that fits your kitchen. We swap and sanitize on a schedule backed by volume data, not guesswork.

Your Fryer Oil Second Life
