CONTAINER RETURNS
30-Day Notice Requirement: If at any time the Customer wishes to terminate service and have their Container removed, Customer must provide Grease Connections with thirty (30) days written notice. This notice period aligns with the termination clause in the Service Agreement.
Container Condition Upon Return: Upon service termination, Containers must be reasonably clean and accessible for Grease Connections staff to remove. Containers with Hazardous Material (as defined in the Service Agreement) may incur additional removal fees.
CONTAINER REPLACEMENT
Defective Containers: If a Container is found to be defective or malfunctioning through no fault of the Customer, Grease Connections will replace it free of charge within five (5) business days of notification.
Container Maintenance: Grease Connections will inspect Containers during regular service visits. Any Container showing signs of normal wear and tear that could affect functionality will be replaced at no additional cost to the Customer.
Customer-Damaged Containers: As specified in the Service Agreement, while in Customer’s care, custody, and control, the Customer shall be responsible for damage to the Container if such damage is due to the negligence of Customer.
REBATE ADJUSTMENTS
Volume Changes: If the Customer’s actual waste oil volume consistently differs from the estimated volume specified in the Service Agreement, Grease Connections reserves the right to adjust the rebate tier accordingly with thirty (30) days notice to the Customer.
Payment Schedule: Rebate payments will be processed quarterly as specified in the Service Agreement. Any disputes regarding rebate amounts must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Container Delivery: Initial Container delivery will be scheduled within five (5) business days of the Effective Date of the Service Agreement. Grease Connections will coordinate with Customer to minimize disruption to business operations.
Service Schedule Changes: Requests to modify the established service schedule must be submitted at least five (5) business days in advance. Grease Connections will accommodate such requests based on route availability.
MERCHANT RETURN POLICY
Grease Connections maintains a merchant return policy in accordance with industry standards. If at any time Customer is dissatisfied with the Container or services provided:
- Customer may request Container inspection and potential replacement
- Customer may request service schedule adjustment
- Customer may terminate service with thirty (30) days written notice as specified in the Service Agreement
